I’ve had the privilege of watching Dr. Howell Shaw for years now as one of our strongest Constitution Coaches and Nevada Coach Mentor for Patriot Academy. He doesn’t just teach Biblical Citizenship, Constitution Alive, and Rebuilding Liberty — he lives it. He’s a man of deep faith who was baptized on Easter Sunday in 1990 and has dedicated his entire life to serving Christ and restoring America’s godly foundation.

What truly stands out is how Dr. Shaw turns knowledge into action. I had the honor of being the keynote speaker at two major events he personally produced: the Patriot Academy Coaches Conference in 2024 and the Battle Born Freedom Conference in January 2026. Both events were outstanding — the 2026 conference alone drew over 400 passionate conservatives hungry for truth and liberty. Howell didn’t just organize them; he poured his heart into every detail, creating powerful gatherings that equipped leaders and energized the movement.

That same excellence, integrity, and servant leadership will now serve the people of Clark County. As a licensed wedding officiant, small business owner, educator, and pastor, Dr. Shaw understands the sacredness of marriage, the struggles of entrepreneurs, and the importance of protecting religious freedom. He will bring those real-world experiences to the Clerk’s office.

I especially applaud his God-inspired Vegas Vows Forever Program, which honors lasting marriages and strengthens families while boosting tourism. This is exactly the kind of creative, values-driven leadership we need.

Clark County needs a man of character and courage who will stand for truth and serve with humility — the kind of servant leadership Jesus modeled. Dr. Howell Shaw is that man.
